Foods and Nutrition SPECialists (FNSPEC) email listserve originating
from Purdue Cooperative Extension has been a resource for food and
nutrition professionals since 1993. This database is an archive of
questions and answers, locations of resources, position announcements
and other submissions to the listserve. It includes information from
January 2002 to the present. It is periodically reviewed to remove
information that is outdated and/or inaccurate. If you have questions
